Ich bin Werkstudentin im IT Service Management mit praktischer Erfahrung in Ivanti Service Manager, der Erstellung von Formularen und der Visualisierung von Workflows zur Unterstützung eines Servicekatalogs.
Ich habe Projekte zur Evaluation und Kosten-Nutzen-Analyse von Softwareprodukten sowie zur Planung der Implementierung und Testdurchführung durchgeführt und bringe Erfahrung mit SharePoint-Seitenaufbau mit.
