Ich bin eine ergebnisorientierte IT-Fachkraft mit akademischem Hintergrund in Wirtschaftsinformatik und Ingenieurinformatik. Meine Stärke liegt in IT-Administration, Anwendersupport, Netzwerkumgebungen und technischen Abläufen – mit einem klaren Fokus darauf, Probleme schnell zu lösen und Prozesse zuverlässig zu betreiben.
Ich bringe praktische Erfahrung aus Rollen im IT-Administration & Engineering sowie im IT Support / Web Applications mit. Dazu gehören auch meine Tätigkeit als Tutorin, wodurch ich Kommunikationsstärke und strukturierte Anleitung in den Arbeitsalltag übernehme – besonders in multikulturellen Teams, in denen ich fließend Arabisch, Deutsch (C1) und Englisch nutze.
Aktuell absolviere ich meinen Master in Wirtschaftsinformatik (remote, Teilzeit) an der HTW Berlin und ergänze mein Profil gezielt durch kontinuierliches Lernen. Zusätzlich war ich Stipendiatin (Kölner Gymnasial und Stuftungsfonds) – das bestätigt für mich, dass ich Verantwortung übernehme und langfristig Wirkung erzielen will.
