I’m a hospitality and operations professional with experience in front office management, team leadership, and product development. I was promoted from receptionist to Operations Manager in under six months, and I keep operations tight by combining service excellence with clear internal workflows.

In my current role, I manage personalized guest service and efficient booking operations during peak season. I handle daily administrative processes, check-in/out, and online channel management while working closely with my team to maintain quality standards.

Previously, as Operations Manager for a hostel group, I led cross-functional teams, delivered staff training, and managed daily operational planning. I designed and launched Workation, a co-living and co-working product for digital nomads, and it was featured by the Algarve Regional Tourism Organization.

Today, I’m building AI skills for remote-first roles (using tools like ChatGPT and Azure AI) so I can improve how teams work and how products support customers. My focus stays on customer care, problem-solving, and making complex operations run smoothly.
