I’m looking for a role where I can lead sales/marketing operations, use metrics and A/B testing to improve ROI, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor a team—while driving customer acquisition and smarter, faster workflows.

I’m a results-driven professional with extensive experience in marketing strategy, sales operations, and team leadership. I build and execute plans that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and improve operational efficiency.

I also bring a strong operations mindset—training and onboarding new hires, managing high-volume scheduling and documentation, and optimizing workflows to reduce friction. Most recently, I reorganized a telehealth scheduling process to cut appointment search time from over 20 minutes to under 5 minutes, while maintaining accurate records and communication logs.

On the growth side, I’ve led social media strategy and performance optimization across Facebook and Instagram, including paid social advertising with budget allocation, audience targeting, and A/B testing. I analyze metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions using Google Analytics to translate data into sharper strategy and improved ROI.
