I'm looking to support founders or leadership teams with executive administration, project coordination, confidential communication, and structured workflows across remote, fast-moving operations.

I'm currently supporting solo business founders at VaultByAmaka, managing calendars, inboxes, stakeholder communication, project workflows, and repeatable SOPs across multiple client accounts.

For over eight years at Lambic Technical and General Services, I directly supported the Chief Operating Officer by turning meetings and verbal instructions into detailed minutes, reports, and follow-up actions. I also digitized seven-plus years of operational records and reconciled monthly overtime for roughly 200 contract drivers, helping reduce unnecessary overtime expense and disputes.
