I am a detail-oriented hospitality and foodservice professional with hands-on experience as a First Cook at a high-volume university dining operation and prior leadership experience as an Assistant Manager at a resort restaurant. I combine food-safety discipline, inventory control, and efficient workflow coordination to deliver consistent service under pressure.
