I’m looking for a UX-forward project role where I can lead end-to-end delivery with Agile/Jira, align design and engineering stakeholders, and grow high-performing teams—while ensuring on-time, on-budget launches.

I’m a results-driven Project Manager with 12+ years of experience leading cross-functional digital product teams across banking, fintech, consumer electronics, government, and NGO sectors. I focus on end-to-end delivery—from requirements gathering and sprint planning to stakeholder reporting and launch—backed by 80+ successful projects.

In my current role, I manage 50+ enterprise, government, and NGO digital products by owning scope, timelines, sprint planning, and stakeholder sign-offs. I coordinate teams across designers, developers, and QA engineers (3–8 stakeholders per project) using Agile/Scrum, and I translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans, user flows, and design briefs to reduce rework.

I also lead through the full client lifecycle—discovery, proposal, kick-off, status reporting, and delivery—while maintaining a consistent record of on-time, on-budget execution. I mentor and manage junior designers, run design reviews, and uphold quality standards across deliverables.

Earlier, I led UX project delivery by scoping, planning resources, and coordinating stakeholders across multiple product tracks. With a deep UX/UI background and Design Thinking certification (IIT Delhi), I bridge communication between design, engineering, and business stakeholders—and I do it using Jira for execution and progress reporting, plus tools like Figma, Miro, and Confluence.
