I’m a CAPM-certified Project Management professional with experience supporting project planning, stakeholder coordination, project documentation, risk tracking, and delivery management across digital and technology projects. I focus on keeping projects aligned to timelines while maintaining strong project governance standards.

As a Project Manager at PLANWAY, I’ve delivered complex website and digital projects from planning through launch. I define project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps, and I act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. I also lead cross-functional teams across design, development, engineering, and QA, ensuring risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers are identified and resolved.

Before that, I expanded my cross-functional range through freelancing as a UI/UX Designer (Dec 2024 – Feb 2025). I led the development of a kiosk-based retail platform from research through production launch, facilitated stakeholder discovery sessions to define requirements, and coordinated delivery timelines to ensure high-fidelity, responsive designs within agreed schedules.

Earlier, as an Associate Engineer at HARMAN CONNECTED SERVICES (May 2022 – Jun 2024), I delivered software enhancements and resolved 95% of customer-reported issues within SLA targets. I collaborated across product, engineering, QA, and support, using Agile practices to support sprint execution and progress tracking, with tools like ClickUp and Jira to keep status reporting clear and execution organized. With a B.E. in Computer Science (Dean’s List, Cum. GPA: 8.13/10) and a Google Project Management Professional Certificate, I bring both structured PM rigor and practical delivery ownership to every engagement.
