Parul Sharma

At Drishti IAS, I counsel students and aspirants on their academic goals, career aspirations, and suitable learning pathways. I provide personalized guidance on courses and preparation options based on their needs.

I follow up with prospective students, address their concerns, and support them through the decision-making process. I also explain course features and learning options in an easy-to-understand way.

At Physics Wallah, I guided students and parents in selecting academic paths, including courses, colleges, and career options. I supported enrolment and worked with faculty and admissions teams on student onboarding.

Earlier, as a Customer Services Executive at Cook N Klean, I handled customer queries and provided service-related support. I’m looking to enhance my professional skills and knowledge in an organization that values hard work and trusts me with responsibility and challenges.
