What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service or student support role where I can communicate clearly, handle enquiries, learn digital tools, and contribute with a patient, adaptable approach.

I've supported students and prospective learners at Promise Educational Services by answering enquiries, explaining courses and services, and following up professionally.

At Bajaj Finserv Limited, I worked on customer-related processes and trained on the company CRM system while following routine procedures.

I've also taught Biology and General Science as a private tutor, adapting lessons to each student's learning needs and helping them prepare for examinations.

My teaching assistant experience at Markaz English Medium School strengthened my classroom support, lesson preparation, practical activity guidance, and student communication. I bring a patient, adaptable approach to customer and learner interactions.
