What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote or work-from-home opportunities in customer support, chat support, CRM, sales support, or operations, where I can manage enquiries, follow-ups, lead records, and customer communication while learning new tools.

At Dream Medicine Educon Pvt. Ltd., I handled student and customer enquiries, supported admission counselling conversations, and maintained communication throughout the admission process.

I've managed leads and customer information in CRM, tracked follow-ups through calls and messages, and shared relevant admission information based on customer requirements. I use MS Office, Google Workspace, email, and digital tools for documentation, tracking, and routine communication.

I also bring a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, practical exposure to wiring, panel design, maintenance, electrical testing, and basic PLC knowledge, along with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
