I’m a highly motivated Economics Honours graduate with hands-on experience in direct client engagement, high-volume student counselling, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments. I focus on building rapport quickly, understanding needs, and communicating solutions clearly and effectively.

In my internship as a Student Counsellor & Marketing Intern, I engaged with 30–40 prospective students and parents daily through face-to-face counselling. I explained course offerings, addressed concerns, and helped convert inquiries into enrolments by recommending suitable competitive exam preparation programs.

I strengthened trust-based relationships by actively listening to academic goals and handling objections with a calm, solution-oriented approach. I also collaborated with internal teams to streamline daily operations and support consistent service delivery.

Alongside this, my Economics coursework in Financial Economics, Environmental Economics, and Economic Development of India sharpened my analytical and quantitative reasoning. I’ve also delivered group presentations across semesters, and I’m eager to apply these strengths in a customer-facing role within a global SaaS environment.
