I’m a customer-focused professional with experience in student counseling, email support, and client relationship management. I’ve worked with Physics Wallah as a Student Counsellor and with Tech Mahindra as an Email Support Associate.

In academic counseling, I guided students on courses, admissions, and learning programs. I handled student queries, followed up with prospective students, helped align programs with career goals, and maintained strong student relationships throughout the admission process.

In customer support, I managed multiple cases via email support channels while meeting productivity targets. I resolved service-related issues, drafted professional and accurate email responses, and maintained quality standards through clear documentation and reporting.

My UPSC Civil Services preparation strengthened my research, analytical, comprehension, time-management, and problem-solving abilities. I bring a communication-first approach, turning information into action while supporting stakeholders with reliable, well-structured outcomes.
