I’m a sales, business development and operations professional with experience across customer acquisition, lead generation, cold outreach, client communication and day-to-day business operations. I’ve worked in target-driven sales environments as well as roles where I’ve had to manage clients, follow up on opportunities and coordinate different parts of a business.

At OTM Group, I worked in sales and operations and was promoted into a leadership role, where I was responsible for targets, team coordination and customer outreach. I’ve also worked remotely with Practice Buzz on a medical tourism website, helping with lead generation, customer reviews, website updates and digital marketing. Through Eastern Chemicals, I’ve gained practical exposure to business operations, sales and working with customers and suppliers.

I’m comfortable with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Zoho, Excel, digital marketing tools and customer-facing communication. I’m particularly interested in B2B sales, SaaS, FinTech, AI automation, international business development and remote opportunities.

I enjoy meeting new people, finding business opportunities and figuring out how to turn a conversation into a result. I’m a quick learner, hands-on and motivated by roles where I can take ownership, hit targets and grow with the company.
