I am an operations and growth leader with focused experience launching large-scale entertainment venues and driving measurable financial improvements. I led the end-to-end launch of Dave & Buster’s India stores, building core teams, implementing POS and finance stacks, and aligning international principals with local promoters.

My work blends commercial rigor and process design: I scaled aggregator revenues, reduced F&B costs, negotiated vendor contracts delivering significant annualized savings, and stabilized negative EBITDA. I also deployed group-wide tools and integrated Power BI dashboards to automate reporting and shorten approval cycles.

I emphasize guest experience and data-driven product improvements — implementing group NPS, detractor follow-ups, and queue optimizations that raised NPS materially in one quarter. I chaired cross-functional initiatives (RFID/NFC cashless-payments) to boost non-ticketing ARPU and standardized digital infrastructure to US benchmarks.
