Recently transitioned into a new role focusing on waterfall project management practices to successfully deliver technology projects to operations. Designed a sector-wide system to track the status health of over 60 projects, overseeing its implementation across budget, schedule, and quality.

Served as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, supporting multiple teams in delivering digital products across the mining value chain. Focused on building high-performing teams, ensuring technology projects aligned with business objectives, and championed agile ways of working by establishing an agile centre of excellence.

Played a key role in a change management initiative aimed at enhancing systems and technology to improve communication and internal processes related to stakeholder engagement. Contributed to the development and implementation of change management strategies and led process improvement initiatives focused on communications and engagement.

Played a pivotal role in designing and implementing a Scaled Agile Operating Model within the IS function, driving greater efficiency and strategic alignment. Led the Agile coaching workstream, training over 100 teams in Scrum and SAFe, and authored a best practices playbook to track sector-wide progress against key milestones and OKRs.

Played a key role in the HR and change management workstream of a large-scale organisational restructure. Redesigned internal processes and systems, supported the implementation of new workflows, and developed training materials to guide employees through the transition and ensure successful adoption.

Contributed to a range of projects to deepen understanding of Deloitte’s service offerings and gain exposure to various industries. This foundational experience provided insights into management consulting and diverse client engagements.
