What I'm looking for

I seek senior project/program roles where I can lead Agile/Waterfall delivery, strengthen governance, mentor teams, and deliver measurable digital transformation and business value.

I am a certified Project Manager and Scrum Master with over 18 years' experience delivering digital and business change across government, banking, IT and consultancy sectors. I lead teams to deliver quality outcomes using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

I have hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ADKAR, RAID logs and a track record of delivering CRM, cloud migration, CMS upgrades and HRIS initiatives across local and global environments. I establish PMOs, governance forums and consistent delivery frameworks to reduce risk and improve performance.
