What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, SaaS-based role where I can own collections and billing disputes, drive revenue recovery, maintain strict SLA compliance, and improve reporting and customer outcomes through structured investigations.

I manage end-to-end customer payment resolution, owning billing inquiries, disputes, and recovery operations across high-volume financial portfolios. I act as the primary customer contact, balancing revenue protection with empathetic, professional communication to preserve long-term relationships.

I investigate complex billing disputes and contested charges by compiling transaction evidence, resolving discrepancies through structured investigation, and maintaining meticulous case documentation. I execute revenue recovery workflows for overdue and failed payments, and I run outreach campaigns to reactivate inactive accounts and reduce involuntary churn.
