I manage a multi-currency USD/EUR receivables portfolio across enterprise and mid-market accounts. I run prioritised outreach by phone and email, reconcile daily across NetSuite, Stripe, and bank statements, and close the AR sub-ledger each month.

I partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue to resolve short-pays, credit notes, and billing errors while addressing root causes so issues do not repeat.

Before SaaS finance, I spent three years in retail banking at Banco BPI, assessing credit risk and authorising overdrafts and loans. I also produce weekly ageing, cash-forecast, and collections reports to flag delinquency trends to management.
