What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and deliver inclusive, evidence-based research that addresses social issues, improves accessibility, and informs policy through collaboration with communities, service providers, and decision-makers.

At Coventry University, I co-produce accessible transport research with disabled people, disability organisations, transport providers, and policymakers, using surveys, interviews, and participatory workshops to develop practical solutions.

Previously at Essex County Council, I led policy research including the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment, Covid-19 Impact Assessments, Armed Forces Needs Assessment, and the Adult Social Care Survey for NHS Digital. I bring 10 years of experience across qualitative and quantitative research, from research design and questionnaire development to analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement, conference presentations, and mentoring researchers.
