What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead inclusive, evidence-led research across complex digital products and services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to shape better design, service and delivery decisions.

I've led end-to-end qualitative and mixed-method research for TrunkBBI, taking ambiguous client briefs through planning, fieldwork, synthesis and senior stakeholder recommendations.

For the University of Manchester Library, I combined student focus groups, intercept interviews, UX review, desk research and GA4 analysis to identify broken entry routes and tracking gaps across physical and digital services.

At Code Computerlove, I led research from discovery through launch for Wythenshawe Community Housing Group's resident website and portal, shaping navigation, content and essential resident tasks. I also adapted inclusive research for sensitive contexts at Care and Respond, helping stakeholders move beyond a one-size-fits-all proposition.

I'm focused on inclusive, ethical research with vulnerable and underserved audiences, and I help multidisciplinary teams use evidence through workshops, collaborative synthesis and usability-testing coaching.
