Disability policy researcher with expertise in mixed-methods studies.
I am seeking a role that offers opportunities for impactful research in public health or data-driven initiatives for social good.
I am a dedicated disability policy researcher currently pursuing an MSc in Public Health at the University of Edinburgh. My work focuses on leading independent mixed-methods studies, including ethnographic fieldwork and survey-based analysis, to investigate the barriers faced by disabled communities. I have produced policy critiques, data visualizations, and stakeholder-ready reports that have informed institutional discussions on healthcare discrimination, employment practices, and transportation accessibility.
Throughout my career, I have contributed to various research projects, including my recent role as a Contract Research Intern at Aperio Insights, where I analyzed data from the US Department of Transportation. My experience as a Research Fellow at the University of North Texas allowed me to conduct ethnographic fieldwork and synthesize findings from interdisciplinary sources, culminating in impactful presentations and publications. I am passionate about using my skills to advocate for the rights and accessibility of disabled individuals.
