What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead evidence-driven education or social policy research, combining analytics, meta-analysis, and trial delivery to help practitioners and policy leaders make better decisions.

I've led education impact research across the EEF Toolkit, What Worked Education, Ark Academy Schools, and Harris Academy Schools. My work turns research evidence into practical tools and decisions for schools and policy leaders.

At What Worked Education, I led the lifecycle of school-based randomised controlled trials. I also extract effect sizes, interpret literature, and conduct meta-analysis to strengthen education evidence bases.

I've advised the Liberal Democrats on Early Years policy and developed KPIs for NEETs at the Department for Education and UCL. I use R, Python, and automated web-based analytical tools to support evidence-informed education policy and practice.
