What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise people strategy as a CHRO or Chief People Officer, building scalable HR operating models, strengthening governance, and translating workforce and culture strategy into measurable business outcomes.

At W3Global India, I lead HR strategy and alliances for GCCs and GDCs across five cities, supporting 1,700+ employees while leading Synectics APAC as a stand-alone P&L venture reporting to the CEO.

I built a centralized HR Shared Services and Centre of Excellence model across talent, total rewards, HR technology, compliance, and legal. I scaled headcount from 110 to 1,700+ and reduced voluntary attrition from 68% to 13% within 15 months.

Across W3Global and ASK Consulting, I’ve partnered with CEOs, Boards, and CFOs on workforce analytics, compensation governance, payroll, statutory compliance, organizational design, and leadership development. I also represent organizations before the Labour Court and Telangana High Court.
