I'm looking to build values-led, scalable people ecosystems where I can partner with leadership on culture, succession, organisational design, innovation, and high performance.

I'm building a future-ready, values-led people ecosystem at Machani Group across real estate, defence technology, hospitality, and electric vehicles.

Previously, as VP and Chief People Officer at Atyati Technologies, I led end-to-end HR for a fast-growing fintech, including talent, performance, learning, engagement, payroll, succession, and organisational restructuring. I maintained 100% audit clearance from Big 4 firms through strong internal controls.

At Schneider Electric, I supported approximately 750 employees and delivered Project B.O.L.D., reducing attrition below 12% and improving engagement by 8%. At Oracle, I supported up to 1,200 employees and helped achieve 95% top-talent retention through the MentOR Program.

I've also advised infrastructure, HR technology, and microfinance organisations as a Senior HR Consultant and Fractional CHRO. Across IBM, Oracle, Schneider Electric, Atyati, and consulting engagements, I focus on aligning people strategy with business growth, culture, and compliance.
