I’m looking to apply my consultant experience to deliver HR & payroll solutions using SAP. I want roles focused on SAP HR/Payroll implementations and support, including SuccessFactors, data migration/replication, and legislative transition work.

I’m an SAP HR/Payroll Analyst with around 20 years of experience in implementation and support roles for payroll and HR processes using the SAP HR system. My main expertise is Australia payroll, with over 10 years supporting and implementing multiple Australian clients using the SAP ERP system, plus 2 years supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Recruitment and Onboarding).

I thrive bridging business needs and technical execution—configuring and troubleshooting SAP HR modules, handling complex payroll and award interpretation requirements, and owning triage between support and development. From SuccessFactors EC–ECC integration data migration and STP2 transitions for multiple Victorian hospitals to legislative change support and regression efforts, I consistently bring structured problem-solving, clear communication, and client-focused delivery.
