I’m a learning enthusiast with over 12 years of IT experience, including 7+ years focused on SAP SuccessFactors module end-to-end implementation and support, mainly Performance and Goals.

As a Senior Consultant (September 2023 to Present), I lead and participate in configuration, deployment, and enhancement work across SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules—delivering PMGM (5 end-to-end implementations, 1 enhancement, 2 support cycles), plus LMS (1 implementation with data load and configuration, 2 support cycles including UAT and reporting) and SCM (1 end-to-end implementation). I also support process mapping by building business process maps using SAP Signavio.

Previously, I served as a Cloud Health Expert (June 2018 to August 2023), enhancing SAP customer experience through proactive monitoring, first-responder outage detection, and root cause investigation using data analysis and product/architecture expertise. I’ve also worked as a Cloud Support Engineer for SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals (frontend and backend), performing software change requests, creating knowledge-based articles, and providing real-time support to customers and implementation partners.
