I'm looking to lead end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people processes that support business growth, strengthen culture, and improve employee retention.

I've led HR operations and recruitment at Brain Nest Software Services, Microworld Software Services, and The Mobile Wallet, hiring 300+ IT and non-IT professionals across my career. At Brain Nest, I supported a 500+ employee workforce, reduced time-to-hire from 35 to 22 days, and improved appraisal completion from 70% to 98%.

I've built onboarding, payroll, compliance, employee relations, engagement, and policy processes that improve retention, productivity, and employee experience. I also founded and managed Regaliya Fashion Hub, leading daily operations, supplier negotiations, inventory, and a three-member team.
