I currently work as a Team Manager – BFSI at Crescendo Global, where I lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team for Banking, Financial Services & Insurance clients across mid to senior-level roles. I own end-to-end recruitment—client engagement, requirement understanding, sourcing strategy, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closures—while serving as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.

I also bring deep commercial experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager, handling incoming calls, consulting walk-ins for hair & skin, educating clients on procedures, and converting them to results. I manage daily social media branding, website traffic, Google Ads updates, SEO-aligned content work, and reporting—always aligning execution with sales targets and goal-setting strategies.
