What I'm looking for

I seek research or analyst roles in bioinformatics where I can apply NGS analysis, data science, and biomarker discovery skills within collaborative, growth-oriented teams.

I am an M.Sc. Bioinformatics candidate at the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of IT and Biotechnology, focused on computational biology and data-driven biomarker discovery. I combine foundational biological knowledge with programming skills to design and execute bioinformatics analyses.

My recent project work includes identifying breast cancer biomarkers tailored to the Indian population and benchmarking cancer biomarkers using data analysis and visualization. I have hands-on experience with Python, pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, JavaScript, HTML, and database development to manage and present biomarker data.

I am adaptable, a quick learner, and committed to contributing effectively in challenging research or industry roles that leverage NGS analysis, molecular docking techniques, and data science to improve diagnosis and treatment outcomes.
