I’m a Bioinformatics and Data Science student building hands-on experience turning complex biological datasets into reliable, decision-ready insights. I focus on end-to-end work—cleaning data, validating results, and translating patterns into outcomes that hold up under statistical scrutiny.

In my internship work, I applied gene expression preprocessing and ML-based classification during my AI-Driven Genomic Data Analysis internship. I also practiced structured data cleaning and visualization to make modeling inputs trustworthy.

I’ve trained and evaluated machine learning models for both regression and text classification as a Generative AI Intern. Across projects, I’ve performed full data lifecycles—from EDA through modeling and validation—using approaches designed to compare methods fairly.

My project experience includes robust glycemic subtype identification using CGM data (including K-Means vs hierarchical clustering with bootstrap validation), machine learning classification for cystic fibrosis using microarray gene expression, and regression-based wine quality prediction. I bring a biology-informed mindset—grounded in molecular biology, immunology, and systems biology—while staying strong in analytics and ML execution.
