I am a dedicated bioinformatics specialist with a strong foundation in computational biology and next-generation sequencing (NGS) analysis. My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Industrial Microbiology and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, equipping me with the necessary skills to excel in the biotechnology field. I have a proven track record in exploring therapeutic pathways and contributing to advancements in cancer research.

During my tenure as a research intern at the Bioinformatics Project and Research Institute, I investigated mutant isocitrate dehydrogenase (mIDH) enzymes, utilizing computational tools and NGS data to analyze protein structures and drug-binding sites. My experience at Merck Life Science further enhanced my laboratory techniques and data analysis skills, while my time at the Indian Institute of Technology allowed me to develop expertise in mammalian cell culture techniques. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to drive impactful research in the biotechnology sector.
