What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an offline internship and research training in Computational Biology, Drug Discovery, Cancer Bioinformatics, Healthcare/Clinical Data Analytics, Diagnostics Research, and Pharmacological Research—so I can apply my computational and analytical skills to real-world biomedical challenges.

I’m an aspiring computational biologist and undergraduate researcher pursuing a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computational Biology with specialization in Molecular Modeling and Drug Discovery at Jain University, Bengaluru. I focus on turning interdisciplinary bioinformatics and genomics knowledge into actionable insights for biomedical research.

I bring strong capabilities in AI-driven biological data analysis, healthcare analytics, and computational drug discovery. With Python programming and ML workflows, I build models for predictive analytics and communicate results through scientific visualization.

In my AI & Machine Learning Intern experience (Jan 2026 – Apr 2026), I worked on data preprocessing, model implementation, and model evaluation—supported by predictive analytics workflows with visualization. I applied tools and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn to move from data to interpretable outcomes.

My projects include predictive analytics in gene expression data for biomarker identification and biological data visualization, plus AI-based mutation impact analysis to predict mutation impacts on protein. I’m especially motivated by translational research, precision medicine applications, diagnostics research, pharmacological analytics, and cancer bioinformatics.
