I am an aspiring Bioinformatics professional with a strong foundation in next-generation sequencing (NGS) and multi-omics data analysis, particularly in the context of cancer research. My expertise lies in mutation detection, variant annotation, and biomarker discovery, which I have honed through various projects and academic pursuits. I have developed CLI-based tools that effectively integrate proteomic and genomic datasets, leveraging Linux automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

In my recent project on glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), I conducted comprehensive bioinformatics and variant analysis using tumor/normal NGS data. I utilized tools such as Fast QC, BWA, GATK, and ANNOVAR to execute the pipeline, successfully identifying clinically relevant mutations like EGFR and TP53. Additionally, I created a fully CLI-based biomarker identification tool that integrates large-scale proteomics and genomics datasets, optimizing the pipeline for high-performance analysis in Ubuntu. My commitment to scientific communication and quality assurance practices ensures that my work is not only accurate but also impactful in the field of translational research.
