In my medical office billing work, I took charge of end-to-end medical billing—accurately organizing patient costs, preparing invoices, and submitting claims to insurance providers for timely reimbursements. I also handle account resolution and data entry daily by maintaining patient data within administrative systems, tracking outstanding claims, and clearing billing discrepancies.

I also focus on insurance navigation—working directly with insurance representatives to track down old claims and appeal unfair denials to minimize out-of-pocket costs.

I’m also strong in operations & logistics—managing clinic inventory, allocating resources, setting up office workflows, and staying effective under pressure with adaptability and teamwork, supported by bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
