I’m a Store Manager and long-time barista with deep experience in specialty coffee, where I focus on hospitality, productivity, and a high-standard customer connection.

I’ve led teams by providing training, conducting performance evaluations, and coaching to support both service quality and daily execution.

I manage inventory and store operations end-to-end—ordering supplies, tracking sales data, coordinating with local vendors, handling budget management and financial reporting, and completing bank deposits.

I also drive growth by opening a new location, organizing in-store events, and managing new product launches, while supporting schedules and payroll through tools like When I Work and Paychex.
