What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-focused IT support role where I can apply troubleshooting, cybersecurity knowledge, and data analysis, grow technical skills, and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

I am a bilingual IT Support Specialist with formal training from Foundever Academy and a Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate. With a background in Actuarial Science at the University of Costa Rica, I combine strong analytical reasoning with hands-on experience in hardware/software troubleshooting, ticket resolution, Windows and macOS administration, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).

I have completed a 3-month intensive technical support program, worked on Python data analysis projects using Pandas, NumPy and Matplotlib, and am progressing toward ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity. I bring customer-focused communication (English B2+), technical empathy, and a willingness to learn enterprise tools like Active Directory, MDM, and ticketing systems to fast-paced support roles.
