What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support or IT systems role where I can configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize computer equipment while continuing to grow in software engineering, Linux, and cybersecurity.

I've prepared, configured, and tested computer equipment at PC Central, installing Windows and required software before delivery.

At Accenture, I reviewed high volumes of user-generated text, images, and video while applying policies, quality standards, and structured documentation. I also identified workflow inefficiencies to improve consistency and operational efficiency.

My background includes more than 10 years of hands-on work with IT systems, hardware, software configuration, and technical troubleshooting. I'm currently pursuing a Diploma in Computer Science at UNED and continue building skills in Windows, Linux, cybersecurity, and basic C++.

I bring clear communication and careful follow-through from customer service, accounting support, and print and design roles.
