I’m a Virtual Assistant and Customer Support professional, delivering administrative support, customer communication, order coordination, and workflow organisation in fast-paced environments. I’m known for attention to detail, clear communication, and keeping accuracy and confidentiality while managing multiple priorities independently.

As a Logistics Coordinator (Oct. 2025 - May 2026), I coordinated daily administrative and operational activities by managing delivery schedules, updating tracking records, and maintaining accurate documentation for 10+ orders per day. I also served as the primary point of contact for customers and delivery personnel, resolving inquiries and coordinating updates through phone and WhatsApp.
