What I'm looking for

I’m seeking opportunities to refine and expand my people skills and diversify my knowledge base.

At CDAS Support, I worked as a Clinical Intake Specialist for a healthcare prior-authorization company, handling data entry and initial case processing for missing documentation. I managed a high-volume inbox queue, averaging 30 cases and tickets per day.

I reviewed documents for missing information and maintained case records according to internal procedures and documentation standards. I also trained, coordinated, and supported newer team members.

With LACER Arquitectura Inmobiliaria, I managed basic website functions, helped improve the business’s digital infrastructure, and set up a NAS system for backups and remote access to archives. I also implemented a password manager.
