At Indonesia Digital Security, I work as a Scrum Master & Product Owner on the Digital Signature application (AkuSign). I led daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, refined user stories and Jira task breakdowns, and coordinated with BA, UI/UX, DevOps, and QA to define acceptance criteria and validate quality before deployment—supporting a successful Electronic Certification Authority (CA) audit and recognition under the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs in November 2025.
Previously, at Nafiri Discipleship Church, I revitalized an In-App Learning Management System for 1,500+ annual students, driving a 40% YoY uptick in class enrollment conversion rates. I also built and sustained a daily reading feature with 700 daily active user retention, and helped launch new initiatives through research, OKRs, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and finance.
