I'm seeking a Marketing Operations, PMO, or Delivery Leadership role where I can build and scale teams, optimize marketing processes, lead transformation initiatives, and partner with global stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Marketing Operations professional, team builder, problem solver, and curious human who likes turning chaos into something resembling a system.

At TVH India, I built the Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations teams within the e-commerce GCC, scaling from one to five members and supporting stakeholders across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. I led the move to a Squad & Capability Hub model, migrated the Pune team from Jira to Wrike in two months, and managed 45+ tickets per sprint across CMS, social, email, and digital publishing. I also introduced delivery frameworks and reporting that helped achieve 84%+ campaign throughput, 80%+ sprint completion, and 86%+ productive capacity utilization.

Before Marketing Operations, I worked across B2B content, podcast production, and compliant digital copy for US and UK clients.

I’m naturally curious, love figuring things out, and enjoy building teams and processes that make work easier and smarter. Outside work, I like staying active, binge-watching the occasional drama, and collecting memes like they’re a legitimate form of research.
