What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote billing or revenue operations role where I can scale invoicing processes, strengthen controls, resolve complex issues, and partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering.

At The Trade Desk, I own end-to-end billing for global advertiser accounts and manage invoice submission through Coupa, Ariba, Tungsten, and Publicis. I redesigned a billing reconciliation workflow that reduced cycle time from two weeks to three days and became the team standard.

I partner with Finance, Accounting, Revenue, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex billing issues, support month-end close, document billing logic, and validate system enhancements through UAT.

Across AdTech and healthcare, I’ve led full-cycle billing, denial management, accounts receivable, claims processing, payment posting, and reconciliation. I build SOPs, train billing teams, conduct QA reviews, and use rejection and payment trends to prevent recurring issues.

I’m comfortable owning ambiguity while creating practical, compliant processes that improve accuracy, scalability, and the advertiser experience.
