At PACS, I supervised a hybrid team of five Accounts Payable Specialists, trained staff on procedures and compliance, and managed high-volume invoice communication and routing. I used Workday, Avid, and FloQast to oversee invoice processing, general ledger coding, payment workflows, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks.

I've also processed vendor invoices, prepared payment runs, reconciled accounts, resolved discrepancies, and supported employee credit cards, petty cash, costing, and new item setup at PJF Corp, Premier Tech, and Merical. My background also includes accounts receivable coordination, billing, claims, reception, and office management.
