Partner with regional sales, finance, and operations teams to align I2C processes with business objectives and act as the escalation point for unresolved process/system issues. Monitor I2C performance metrics and deliver monthly leadership reporting while supporting compliance, audits, SOP approvals, and customer dispute resolution.

Developed and documented scalable billing policies, procedures, and training to improve process efficiency and invoicing accuracy/timeliness. Owned global billing for 5,000+ customers and led incident management and analytics that recovered $3M and averaged ~$200K/month in cost recoveries.

Managed AP/AR operations including booking vendor invoices, executing weekly payments, and collecting payments for monthly bank partner invoices. Supported month-end close with accruals and reconciliations, and handled lease tax filings, year-end/audit support, and expense report administration.

Executed month-end close for restaurant properties and produced weekly budget-versus-actual and ad-hoc reporting for store managers and the events team. Supported integrations between accounting and operational systems and managed A/R and A/P using weekly cash flow tracking, along with payroll and monthly tax reporting.

Led monthly financial close activities including balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and presentation of findings to leadership. Managed intercompany transactions, vendor contract/subscription audits, audit preparation, and global multi-currency AP with payments up to $1M, while implementing travel and expense processes.
