What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote IT support role where I can support users globally, with availability in the GMT timezone and overlap with US and EU hours.

At Atwima Rural Bank, I managed Active Directory for 50+ users, including account creation, password resets, groups, and organizational units.

I repaired laptops and desktops, handling hardware diagnostics, RAM upgrades, SSD migrations, operating system installations, and issues such as blue screens and overheating.

I supported banking staff with Windows systems, Office 365, banking applications, VPN, and backups. I provided help by phone, in person, and remotely using AnyDesk and TeamViewer, and maintained incident logs and documentation.

I have a BSc in Computer Science from Christian Service University and knowledge of Freshdesk for helpdesk ticket triage and SLA workflows. I'm seeking a remote IT support role where I can support users globally.
