What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global operations, logistics, project delivery, or product initiatives where I can turn complex international requirements into efficient execution, build stakeholder partnerships, and apply Agile and AI-enabled delivery practices.

I led 300+ international implementation projects at POP Fishing & Marine, including commercial fishing technology deployments across 480 vessels in more than 20 global regions. These initiatives generated approximately $8.4M in equipment sales.

I coordinate international trade, procurement, export logistics, suppliers, fleet operators, and distribution networks. I also launched Fish Wax Box from concept to market, generating $540K in revenue within three years, and negotiated logistics contracts that reduced shipping costs by 10%.

More recently, I managed store operations at Gemmell's Shoes and business operations at Moose Jaw Cultural Centre, improving inventory costs, policies, budgets, and digital presence.
