I've spent more than 10 years designing and delivering custom software for clients in Canada, Costa Rica, Brazil, and Spain. I choose technology based on business ROI, building web, mobile, and desktop systems that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

As an independent Product Owner, CTO, and Full Stack Engineer, I've defined products, roadmaps, priorities, infrastructure, and security while leading teams. My delivery work spans Python, Node.js, C# .NET, PHP, React, and Solidity, supported by Git, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.

Over the past year, I've focused on private, on-premise AI: fine-tuning local LLMs, building RAG pipelines, and developing AI agents in Python. My current R&D includes Llama 3, Mistral, and Phi models, LoRA/QLoRA training, ChromaDB and FAISS vector search, and automated workflows with n8n.

I'm also the founder and CTO of Pets.ni, a PetTech B2B2C ecosystem combining veterinary SaaS, a social network, QR tags, and geospatial alerts. My background also includes IT leadership, ERP development, SAP, Oracle, infrastructure, blockchain smart contracts, and game development.
