At CentroMed Clinic, I coordinate care for patients with diabetes, hypertension, and chronic pain while managing specialty referrals, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and referral closure in NextGen EHR.
I schedule 30+ appointments daily for multiple providers, manage 50+ calls per day, and conduct outreach to close care gaps for veteran and active-duty populations. I also support physicians with vital signs, patient histories, EKGs, spirometry, audiograms, medication refills, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
