At Golden Tulip in Ibadan, I managed visitors, phone calls, appointments, and correspondence, while providing administrative support to keep daily office operations running effectively. I thrive in fast-paced environments and use strong communication to resolve issues quickly.

Before this, I worked in sales and marketing, supporting customer service and achieving targets by maintaining sales records and documentation. I also handled controlled access, monitored CCTV, and reported incidents with emotional intelligence and critical thinking.

I’m currently building my professional and technical capabilities, with a strong interest in AI operations and virtual assistance. I’m proficient with modern workplace tools and AI platforms, and I’m eager to contribute to organizational success while continuing to grow.
